Alan F. Schimming, Principal Broker
A licensed real estate broker in both Texas and Arkansas, Mr. Schimming has over 40 years of experience in sales, development, leasing and management of real estate. After graduating in 1974 from Colorado State University and prior to joining Supreme-Realtors in 1981, Mr. Schimming was in retail sales management for seven years.
Mr. Schimming has successfully developed or managed over 250,000 square feet of office and retail space including Summerhill Square, Summerhill North Office Center, Richmond Park Center, Summerhill Plaza Business Center, Richmond North Plaza, The Offices at Summerhill Ridge and Richmond Marketplace.
Mr. Schimming is a member of National Association of Realtors, International Council of Shopping Centers, North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, Texarkana Board of Realtors, a CCIM candidate, Salvation Army Advisory Board Member,a former Advisory Board Member of BancorpSouth, a member of First Baptist Church where he serves as a Deacon, member of Texarkana Chamber of Commerce where he served on the Economic Development Council, former Texarkana Noon Lions Club President, a Leadership Texarkana graduate, and a former Texarkana, Texas City Councilman.
Donovan Driver, Associate Broker and Property Manager
Mr. Driver is a native to the Texarkana area and a licensed real estate Broker in Texas.
He has over 20 years of retail business management experience and has taken part in various development ventures at a supervisory level.
Mr. Driver joined Schimming Company in 2009 and currently manages over 200,000+ square feet of office and retail properties as a Certified Property Manager Candidate and Assoicate Broker.
He is a member of the Texarkana Chamber of Commerce, member of the Texarkana Board of Realtors, Institute of Real Estate Management member and a Leadership Texarkana 2020 graduate.
